  1. How do I place my order?

You can simply place your order by clicking the ADD TO CART button below your desired product. Further you have to fill in your address and contact number in next screen that appears. And finally click on CHECKOUT button.

 

  1. How will be my order delivered to me?

We will be deliver your order through a Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned in your order as SHIP TO ADDRESS. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash when he delivers the order to your address.

 

  1. How much time my order will take to arrive?

Your order will be delivered to you between 3 to 7 working days from the date of order. However, during holiday seasons and sale seasons, the delivery can take up to 10 working days.

 

  1. How much do you charge for shipping?

For all orders, we charge a fix rate of PKR 200/-per order.

 

  1. Can I open to check the package before payment, when it is Cash on Delivery Package?

No, the package cannot be open without making the payment to the courier. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund, less the shipping charges.

 

  1. Are international deliveries available?

No, at present we are not offering international deliveries.

 

  1. How can I make an online payment?

Your card must be activated from the parent bank for an online payment, while paying through a Credit/Debit Card.

 
  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

We will accept any unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase for a return or exchange. For Return and Exchange Policy Please follow the link available at website or click the below link

Customer needs to return the package through a registered courier on his own expense to our return address. 

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
