Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business/working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  However, during holiday seasons and sale seasons, the delivery can take up to 10 working days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer PKR.200/- flat rate shipping to all over Pakistan. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or sms notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@martx.com.pk or at martx.com.pk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We will gladly accept any unused merchandise within 03 days of purchase for a return or exchange, under as per policy.

Customer needs to return the package through a registered courier on his own expense to our return address. 

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
